Franko is a political cartoon character, a spokesperson for America's frank state of the union movement, where "Govt of the Purple" is the goal and where "E Pluribus Union" is the motto. Franko is named for Dr. Victor O Frankenstein, community manipulator extraordinaire, and developer of the Government as Food program.
