Obama Scare is damned by Congressman Paul Ryan as a "Fiscal Frankenstein." What an image!!! Remember that the real Frankenstein is the doctor who created the monster, namely Dr. Victor Frankenstein. That makes Doctor Obama the real Frankenstein. The monster he created is his ill conceived and scary pile of laws, affectionately referred to by some, and cursed to hell by others, as the Affordable Care Act, AKA Obama Scare.
