Lame Doc President depicts The One and his ill conceived Obama Care medical disaster, one of the causes for his Lame Duck tenure. He supports himself with a crutch, hobbling on an injured webbed foot out of a White House pond, as his teleprompter and "Sick Tax" gurney sink beneath the water, his presidential seal having fallen off the podium and the sun setting on his presidency.
